   Came to Worldwise for my Dad who needed a Fit to Fly Assessment prior to flying back to the UK. The Reception staff were quick to respond via email leading up to the appointment and were kind and patient with him whilst we were there. Dr Nelson was thorough, professional and again very patient. Would recommend.

   Very straightforward and easy process to get my vaccines for my upcoming travels in Asia. Margaret was extremely helpful and informative about all possible illnesses and also took the time to discuss general travel tips about insurance and injuries as well. Very impressed and grateful for the service. Would recommend.

   Excellent service. Went here in 2016 to get all my vaccinations and it was an excellent experience. Today, I lost my yellow fever booklet (whilst travelling in South America) and within 10 minutes of emailing I had a response and could obtain a replacement booklet.

   My first time getting vaccinations for travel and had consultation and had three vaccinations done in one go which is amazing and efficient saving me the time of coming back. Went with my friend and spoke with Dr Lee who was amazing and very helpful as to which vaccines we should get. Everything was done in 40 minutes. Reading the reviews I was quite discouraged but apart from reception being very busy with phone calls everything else was great.

   Dr was amazing, if it was just based on her consult it would have been a 5-star. But receptionist afterwards told us to take a seat for a couple of mins while payment details got sorted… 40 minutes later, after she had ignored our repeated attempts to get her attention, she left! Then we asked her colleague to help and she was able to take the payment straight away. What a time waster!

   Wow. Above and beyond. My family general practice advised this team are the best of the best and they are absolutely right. I was in a right panic about being able to get my vaccinations in time for travel and Super star Katie was able to book me in and answer my questions thoroughly. Also respond almost immediately (I contacted in closing hours and the replying at opening). This was a very pleasant experience and Katie is a great asset to the team. Thankyou!

   It was easy to get to sine they had parking out front, albiet a bit tight. I booked beforehand as they are quite busy. It was a very strightforward session to figure out what I needed for the trip. Very easy to deal with and they were knowledgable.

   I had to get an Immigration Medical a few months ago. I rang a list of places who all told me they were booked out for months due to the backlog with COVID. When I range the lovely reception team at Worldwise Newmarket, they made sure to put me on the cancellation list. Within a few days I received a call to say they had a slot for me that day. I was so relieved. When I arrived, the reception team were so friendly and willing to help. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently and I managed to get my whole medical done very quickly. I emailed a few days later to verify something about my appointment and they replied very promptly. I was very impressed with the staff at Worldwise and would recommend them to anyone. A huge Thank You to Catherine and Judith for taking a massive weight off my shoulders! My visa came through recently and I wouldn't have secured it without them.

   The reception team will go above and beyond to help you when you’re in need! I was very short on time to submit my Medicals for Immigration. I rang every clinic throughout NZ in hope that they’d understand how desperate I was to get my IME done. Unfortunately, most centres were booked out until the end of April or even the beginning of May due to the 2021 One-Off Residency. Some clinics were rude enough to even taunt me for having delayed the process. Then I rang up World Wise (my unintended last resort) and explained the whole scenario. Catherine from the reception team was the first to answer my call. She jotted down my contact details and promised to do her best to help out although they were booked out until March. Exactly one hour later, I receive a call from Catherine saying that she’s managed to find me a slot the same morning! But I was 30 minutes away from the clinic and explained that I’d get there a little late. They were nice enough to accommodate that as well. After my document was submitted to Immigration, I received acknowledgment from Judith via email a few days later confirming that it was all done. Long story short, the team is extremely helpful and I highly recommend this place.

   I would 100% recommend visiting WORLDWISE if you are planning on traveling overseas. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say thanks again to the team at WORLDWISE for their incredible help. I originally visited for a Yellow Fever Vaccination which the doctor was able to give me along with some helpful other information. About a week later I called up feeling stressed and overwhelmed after getting some incorrect information from my GP about additional vaccinations. Jude and Robyn were amazing and booked me an appointment the same day with a medical professional who was able to get my the necessary vaccines and talk me through some additional questions. She was patient and helpful and I walked out feeling so much better than I came in - even with the sore arm! Travel vaccinations can be pricey but the expertise and professionalism at the Newmarket practice is worth every cent. I will go be going back before my next trip for sure.
