Listed as place where you could get antivirals. When I rang (took a long time for phone to answered, 4 attempts over an hour from stated open time), I was told that I had to consult my Dr as they did not have access to health records! I rang Knox pharmacy instead and they got the health records no problem. They rang back with detailed instructions and delivered the antiviral to doorstep.
Staff need to learn it’s apart of their role to be respectful to customers and not let their negative attitudes reflect in their work service. Picking up medication for illness is stressful enough as it is having the illness.. Definitely recommend a customer service re-training considering staff act like they don’t even care about the human beings their serving…
Went to collect my daughters scripts and was told I had to come back tomorrow for one of them when. I asked if there was none at all in stock there was one bottle left yay except seemed to be abit of eye roll over this between her and the other lady. I explained I really needed this medication as I had a sick daughter at home and was met with a blank expression no care in the world onto the next customer she went. pharmacist came and signed off prescription and said I'd have rest tomorrow when I fed back my experience & how easy it was to owe patients medication was told if "I don't like the way things are done here I can go somewhere else". Pretty disappointing made to feel like a problem when your only letting them know for future reference pharmacy obviously busy but blown away by poor customer service pharmacist can make the difference in quality of care not in this case would recommend a different pharmacy
Super friendly staff who were helpful, knew their range in store and got a prescription done quickly even on a pretty busy day.
