“Upmarket Mercy Opp Shop on Ponsonby Rd. Friendly staff with good energy & helpful & cheerful . I always buy something everytime I go there . Parking outside , free for a quick visit. High end second hand items, not the cheapest but have a lot of decent quality items. Always have customers visiting & in a nice area surrounded by lots of shops .”

She was brilliant to deal with, made the whole exchange process so simple, straightforward and painless. She was also extremely helpful in expediting this quickly, as our circumstances meant that time was in short supply. All the other staff were super helpful too.
