   This guys used to be good. I bought a couple pumps off them, one lasted ages and was happy. Second one….5 weeks. Even though it comes with a 6 month commercial Warranty this warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear. I asked them to take a look at the older one (still functioning well, except for a minor leak in a flange). I asked if they had replacement flanges, that’s all I asked. I then get a call saying nothings under warranty because it’s been used, they don’t sell the flanges or can’t get them from the supplier. So what they did instead was take the pump apart and snap off one of the bolts inside the pump and didn’t tell me and then proceeded to add insult to injury by charging me labour. Never again will I use these guys nor recommend anyone to come here.

   Great customer service from Cole at Collingwoods Cross Country. Cole took the time to answer all our questions and explain the features of our new John Deere mower. We were able to crunch the price and include some extras to add further value. Our mower was promptly delivered and includes a free first service including pickup and delivery. If you are looking for a new piece of farming equipment, I recommend you go see Cole!

   We had our lawn mower serviced through these guys, they were really professional when booking in the job. We were quoted around $200 for the work which is about the same (marginally higher) as what we have been paying elsewhere. When we went to collect the mower we were charged $540 - a totally outrageous charge. They replaced every part that they could so that they could charge us for it - they didn't look to see how much life the parts had left in them and at no time did they contact us to advise that it would be more than the quote of $200 or to see if we wanted the extra parts replaced. Hopefully the quality of their work is better than their communication. Won't be using them again.

   Completed a purchase online then Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment invoiced postage, at a ripoff rate, after the fact. All of the many online purchases I have made include postage when completing the transaction. Dodgey business practice and a complaint will be made to the commerce commission.

   Very disappointed for their service. An old local farmer advised me never go to this shop. I understand this after I spent more than 6k. He is right. I won't spend even 1 cent in this shop. Now I using STIHL and Agrowquip, they are way better.

   Thank you very much for your honest and professional aproach to selling a product that you obviously know and understand . We purchased from Dave and his very helpful crew , a 125 John Deere ride on. As a mechanical novice, it was explained very throughly on collection day where to grease and what to do to look after our machine. I've mowed for 6 hrs and never had my lawn looking so great!! We'll be bringing morning tea on the first service , see you in 4 hrs . Thanks from Wayne and Fiona
