We purchased a set of draws after visiting the store. The team there were fantastic! Not only were they accommodating to my young daughter but their service was excellent. I love the set purchased. Arlington set (3 seat recliner and 2x 1 seat recliner) I took a while in the showroom seeing what was best for my household. I needed something that was a litte higher...as I needed a single recliner perfect height for my elderly Mum. But also a very sturdy 3seater couch. We don't have a very large living room. These are a perfect addition to our house. Comfy, sturdy and a little high easy for on and off for my family members. My order was very easy I called placed my order and paid by electronic transfer. The lounge suite was delivered 1 day later. Perfect, too easy! Some family have commented that they like our new lounge suite. I'll be recommending you on.
I brought a 3 seater 2 recliners, only had them 2-3wks.. armchair rests are losing there life already, not very well made, for the price u pay.wouldnt recommend at all

Shocking and disgusting customer experience ever. Never ever return to this shop ever again. Donβt manipulate and reply back to give me your justification; the people who reviewed bad about you; just because they have the worst experience to aware other people in the community. And you guys Return back to the customer by calling from a private number and then again shouting that why we write a bad review on Google; absolutely ridiculous!
Never buy anything from here via online sales, they will charge you 15% restocking fee if you change your mind in store, thatβs bad business, fair business would give customers a chance to view the product that they have bought online, in person and see what they have bought. Customer service at was good but the fair trading isnβt βfairβ because they donβt give online customers hope to return your item for a full refund, why should I pay 15% restocking fee for something that is still inside your store, and for you to say that you got it delivered from another warehouse is your business not mine as I donβt know what you do when a customer orders something online.
