Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Deb can't be trusted, be very careful when buying anything from here. Thoroughly inspect anything you buy from them.
Was a loyal and dedicated customer who loved their stuff but most recently we were sold a day bed that started detoriating and developed milky stains. Debbie accused us of getting the day bed wet despite us showing cctv footage of it arriving into our rumpus room. The bed continued to develop milky stains and we requested a refund under the consumer guarantees act. It took weeks to get a remedy and they only ones they offered was a store credit of the full amount or a partial refund of $200. When I asked why it was only a $200 refund, they stated that it was what they would recover if they resold it.. I reluctantantly accepted the store credit as the store credit was over $1000 (which is what we paid for it).. However recently, we went into the store and saw the day bed was on sale as a damaged good for $800. They completely lied to us and deceived us. Most dishonest customer service ever and they made more money than they lost. I took photos and will be taking this to fair go so they are exposed. We are now stuck with a store voucher and we genuinely don't want to spend money or give money to the owners. The store voucher was also only valid for 3 months. So we were expected to buy something we probably don't need from their stock that's been there for months. Don't trust them. They lack integrity and honest customer service. Debbie cannot even make eye contact with us anymore as we went in yesterday and saw that the day bed was sold. She saw my husband and went straight to the store room. We hope Fair Go expose them soon.
Love this shop. Beautiful stocked items. Their sales are great! Ample parking. Staff very helpful in back ordering stock and also following through with every enquiry.
worst customer service ever. sold a used bed to us that they took 3 blurry photos of for us. turns out every piece is scratched and chipped. parts have also been painted with different non-gloss paint. gave us the run around for weeks. key structural screwholes were also broken so bed could not even be put together. AVOID this place!
