If I could give this place no stars, it would be much deserved. Went in there to look at bunk beds and not one staff member acknowledged our presence or talked to us. It was such a disappointing experience I went home and bought everything online at a different store. Staff in the UH branch, if you don’t like working in retail or like the public, please quit your job. You’re creating a hostile, unpleasant experience for the average customer. And I’m sure you’re costing the store money too
On the 16th of January 2022 I brought a super king bed from Upper hutt store which was only going to take 3 weeks to arrive. I'm now highing disappointed as I keep calling and get the run around. 1. I was told they are having a system update. 2. It's sitting in our Distribute Centre in Wellington has been for the last 3 weeks. 3. Now we are waiting on an email to confirm delivery date but not once has the team call to Communicate with us. Won't be coming back.
I'm a regular customer at Big save, but I'm rather annoyed with the current service I've received. Ive been waiting for side tables since April and the delivery on these keep getting shifted. One of the main reasons I chose the was originally there was a 4 week wait, I was more than happy to do this. Its now a 4 month wait and who knows when ill get them.
A quick visit was well worth the effort for top advice on buying beds and late delivery times due to COVID-2019. Can highly recommend this shop for bed technical advice
