   The young woman on the counter went the extra mile in assisting me to find replacement fittings for a louvre window. We spoke to the product researcher in the office who said he’d look it up. It is very rare for that kind of personal service and I’m very grateful for her thoughtfulness, initiative and focus on customer service. Thank you!

   Keep giving me an early morning phone call, and I told the delivery person at least 5 times, you guys got the wrong number. And I tried to send an email to report it to this store. This store is against the consumer privacy act! But never been figured out. If this issue happens again, I will look help from tribunal.

   Wow I can not recommend the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved trying to do a zip payment and they were patient helpful calling upper mangement to help with my transaction as they had not recieved training yet. The team even went out of their way to send my parcel of 2 letterboxes through courier and I recieved it the very next morning. It was so gratifying how professional and courteous they acted promptly to my needs truly thank you and I hope you get praise and recognition for your dedication to the company what truly amazing staff and assets they are to the company. Thanks Placemakers for outstanding customer care I got to experience.

   What a place, I will never go here again, went to look for sand pit sand, was shown this is the sand we have! I asked is it safe for kids, guy replies I don't know we use it for building! I ask is there anyone else I could , talk to for advice? He replies come back in 2 weeks all experienced personal are on leave.
