   1star only. Staff are good but product description is poor and staff unable to give required information and help us. Stay away from aspen sofas, store will not tell these scratch a lot and look bad in just couple of days. Spent about 5k in store and not happy with support. No outcome from management after followups. I have no confidence that store can sort this issue ever.

   The furniture selection at this store is quite good with a wide range of options. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor customer service from one particular employee. An older female staff member, who I'll refer to as "Karen" since I did not remember her name, was very friendly in greeting and offering assistance to non-Asian customers as they entered the store. However, when I, an Asian customer, attempted to make eye contact to get her help, she turned away and did nothing to acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Thankfully, another younger employee noticed I needed help and came over from the counter. I appreciated her attentiveness in providing support where Karen failed. What made Karen's behavior even more disappointing was that she was wearing a rainbow badge on her shirt. If that badge was meant to signify equality and inclusiveness as I took it to mean, her actions of only offering service to certain customers while disregarding me were contradictory and shameful. While the furniture selection was good, the poor customer service from Karen put a damper on my overall experience.

   As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed shopping at Nood, but my most recent visit truly exceeded my expectations. Ruben's understanding and willingness to assist my exchange issue made my shopping experience exceptionally pleasant. It was evident that he is not only knowledgeable about the company policy but also passionate about providing excellent customer service. The level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Ruben truly sets this outlet apart. His patience and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to those are in search of a truly outstanding retail experience with Nood.

   The lady at the outlet was super nice and let my make a little pile of my haul on the counter as I browsed around for more. Also gave me a heads up on sales and how the stock changes in the store. Really good experience! Will definitely check out what new goodies are in store when I'm back in the area

   Great team. After an awful experience buying Sofa from Farmers (Waited 3 months and haven't received my order) I went to this shop. They were very helpful and we got our orders 3 days after order. Really recommend this shop
