So I emailed and I had a super quick response the same day advising they would ship the part out to me, or I could come and collect. Great customer service, and they didn't give me any trouble about the part missing. I liked the desk so much I went back to get another one for my son. Overall they had the most competitive price for the desk I wanted and great variety of small bedroom/apartment furniture. Pretty friendly team. Would definitely purchase from them again.”

“The night before I was flying back to Auckland I was walking past Weirs and I saw the most beautiful coat stand in their front window. Unfortunately, they weren't open until Monday and I wouldn't be there, however, in talking with Jayne over the coming days and she sent me photos of the coat stand, I bought it and it was transported up to Auckland. Weirs took great care in protecting the coat hooks, tiles and mirror for its journey north and having seen the coat stand up close, which I'd not done before I bought it, I am extremely happy with my purchase. It's a very beautiful piece of furniture! Thank you to Jayne and her team for your communication, care and organising the transport to me in Auckland.
