   Visited their showroom on the weekend. It's unmanned but they provide phone access which is just fine for me. I got to try out everything in the showroom and foundy my next chair. Really happy with it and this is probably one of the only office furniture places that is open during weekends and has a link on their site to tell you what is in their showroom or not. Super helpful for someone like me who prefers to try before I buy. Big Thanks to Louise and Chris excellent customer service from both.

   Turned up in opening hours, called the number for the door code, no answer, no one there, but lights were on. Super frustrating. Edit: Dean contacted me with a clear resolve on this which I really appreciated. Great resolution to a really frustrating situation. Edit: Ended up buying a great chair. Looking forward to it turning up. Thanks a lot!

   Couldn’t find a 2000x70 black table with an electric adjustable black frame so I ended up getting 5x customised quotes from different providers, Melissa’s quote from Uno Furniture stood out the most. Mainly for the fact that she responded promptly, professionally and provided competitive pricing through this whole process, after I changed a couple of specs from the original quote. I must note that the frame delivery arrived within a few days after I ordered from Uno, but the table top delivery arrived a lot later than expected - I was not happy about that - but I also understand their supplier did not deliver on time and Melissa handled it very well. At the end of the day I received the desk, and as you can see from the picture attached, setting it up in my garage, the instructions and parts are all there and good to go. Thank you Melissa for turning this into a positive experience with the way you handled things.

   Have to say not a good experience at all, after speaking with others sharing my office they said they have had the same experience. Sold me products that were not in stock after being promised them, I was then asked to pay more for upgraded chairs as I needed new ones for my office, promised to be delivered that week.... wasn't deleivred on the date then called the following week to day theres a delay, took 2 weeks from promised day of delivery to be given faulty rental chairs and no sign of actual products I have ordered.... I also have some other items ordered but not holding my breathe on delivery date.... Wouldn't recommend.

   Great service. I bought a Copenhagen desk and storage unit a few months ago and am very happy with them. They arrived quickly and when I emailed jut a few days ago about a door I got a quick friendly reply with the solution (which was already in front of me I just hadn't noticed it!). I'll definitely make Uno my first stop when buying again. Great products and service.

   I went to the showroom to see the product in person but little did I know that it’s an unmanned showroom and can access the showroom by calling a number. Seeing the good reviews only and testing it myself at the showroom, I went down and put an order online. Got an email the next working day saying that the product will be delivered the following day. Hats off to that service. Looking forward to receiving the product. Got the product and assembled it. It was the workout for the day. Felt good while getting it ready. Instructions are not perfect but does the job. Bought a cable tray but my multi power source wouldn’t fit inside with all chargers plugged in. May be I misunderstood the use. I’m happy with the overall standing desk and one of the best among what’s available in the market. And very fast delivery too.

   Whatever a consumer would expect, you will get all at Uno Furniture. We bought our 1st electric adjustable desk from Uno Furniture couple weeks ago, courier made a little story, oh yes, they were under high demand which far exceeding their capacity after COVID-19 lockdown, the desk top came with a bit damage at the corner due to rough delivery, as the nature of consumer behaviour, I wrote an email to the Uno Furniture……Then, I got a rapid respond from them, and the communication between us were impressively easy, hassle-free and effective, you don’t have to worry about anything, you don’t have to push things going forward, it’s panic-free and every thing is on it’s well-designed plan and schedule, it will just take a bit of time to wait for your new desk top, and that’s it! As we always say, the product quality is crucial, but we prioritise the service even more than that. We’ve had our desk assembled for a while, it works so well, every single component is high quality and tough built, the motors are quiet and smooth too. That was a significant experience shopping at Uno Furniture, and we strongly recommend to everyone. Alan.
