Purchased a scooter recently. It was annoying that I couldn't track the shipment online as I did not set up an account. I phoned the Putaruru store to follow up, the guy I spoke with new about about my order and was very helpful, he couldn't transfer my call although gave me the number for the Te Rapa store. The woman I spoke with was also very helpful and gave me directions to the warehouse to collect. The collection from the warehouse was quick an easy. Very refreshing to deal with three people from the company who all provided great customer service.
