Wow. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NZ. After living here for almost 20 years, I have never come across this kind of exceptional service. Extremely helpful, patient and accommodating staff, the quality of their products are exactly as advertised (if not better) and their prices are incredibly competitive. I would shop here regularly if I lived in Auckland. My partner and I bought one of their sofas, they waited after hours for us, wrapped the sofa impeccably, helped us pack it along with gave my partner driving instructions and taught him how to use a driving app on his phone.This was all AFTER hours and only days before Christmas. You can't get better service than that. I wish all shops and their employees could experience and learn from this team. I'm still blown away by our experience!!!

From Canada, I ordered a gift for my friend in NZ. The customer support was amazing and personally wrapped the gift for Christmas. They were efficient and delivery was quick despite the busy season. I purchased 2 Ikea desks on 2 seperate occasions. The first one had a part missing from the box. So I emailed and I had a super quick response the same day advising they would ship the part out to me, or I could come and collect. Great customer service, and they didn't give me any trouble about the part missing. I liked the desk so much I went back to get another one for my son. Overall they had the most competitive price for the desk I wanted and great variety of small bedroom/apartment furniture. Pretty friendly team. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Absolutely impolite service providers. They have no courtesy to how to talk to customers and with a female. Very short tempered owner/staff. Trust me they are completely paranoid. I never had such sales experience in NZ. Would pursue it legally... This is my response to your reply...I have not asked for a discount i have called to do price confirmation. Instead of blaming customer to have manners you really have to learn more about manners and don't lie to cover yourself that people asking Discounts you didn't even let customer finish talking. Is this your manners don't lie, be honest dont manipulate and control you temper. Be like a gentleman who know knows how to respect woman client. Thanks

Decided to pop into this shop as I had seen online that they had an item I was looking for. It was super convenient to Costco which was great as I donβt live in the area and had made a special trip out. The staff were super friendly and I was able to buy my item right there on the spot. They helped me load it up and I was on my way in no time. These guys will be my go-to when I need IKEA items!

Asked for more money or no delivery!!! Really disappointed... Purchased online and paid for shipping costs as required in the form. They contacted me because their system had miscalculated the shipping costs and asked me for more money or to be refunded if I didn't want to pay the extra costs. Absolutely outrageous, and they said they were being nice to me!

Amazing service, friendly staff. The owner curates the items himself so you get good quality designed pieces that are both stylish and functional, a lot of them you won't find elsewhere. The Ikea furniture are competitively priced and they have plenty of stock available at their warehouse next door. They are also open on Sundays!
