Went into Daske Mobler Hamilton to look at outdoor furniture.We had been to 4 other companies first ,we were served by Mark who was fantastic and very friendly and so knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at .We ended up buying as Mark made the whole process very easy .Highley recommend Mark . Very weird visit?? Went in to look for some ideas and inspiration. Instead got told to go look online instead and come back when we know what we want and if they have any in stock we can see how they feel? Honestly a really weird, unnecessary interaction. Imagine getting told the best thing to do is to leave and shop online for furniture? Really weird.
The stand out furniture store in Hamilton. We were blown away by the excellent customer service. We asked to return 4 bar stools and they were happy to exchange them for a different style of our choice - with zero hassle. Wow, how refreshing!

Excellent service today from Danish. Went in to buy a recliner and he knew his stuff. Was a wealth of information and was obviously passionate about the products. He was also up front about how long it was going to take to get made, etc., which I also appreciated. Ended up spending more than I anticipated but still very happy. Good work Danish!
