   Great store! I purchased my bedroom set from here in 2021 and a reading nook chair and ottoman in 2025. All items are lovely, solid wood, easy to assemble, and look fantastic. The prices are good for the high quality, and they have sales sometimes too. Shipping estimates were accurate. Highly recommend!

   Recently bought furniture here after scouring Auckland for American light oak pieces. Good display and choice.Seattle design is sleek and modern toning in well with soft furnishings and carpet.Polite efficient service in the showroom and on the phone. Advised of 2 months delay in delivery of some items and phoned and dispatched promptly on arrival. Very well packed and competitive prices.Well worth a visit when out furniture shopping in Auckland .Thankyou to the team.

   I have been watching oak furniture store for quite a long time and finally decide to buy from them. They didn't disappoint me. I was impressed by the professional package inside of the box, every parts of my lovely furniture is well protected. The furniture is so nice with beautiful and uniform wooden grain. I paid for assemble service and the stuffs were very friendly and professional ,they assembled the table within 10 minutes.    Buyer beware! Poorly made!!! we purchased two bedside tables and a chest of drawers the ALL have branding on the side that is no disclosed in any photos on the site. The chest of drawers has a massive chunk out of the top that has been varnished over so obviously happened at the factory. Inspect your furniture properly. We took this out of the box on pick up but were distracted by the fact that the face was covered in glue. This took 20min to clean was cleaned off, but we didn't notice that there was a massive chunk out of the top that was varnished over and clearly happened in the factory. Due to us taking this out of the box to inspect and take home, they apparently can not identify when this happened (clearly the factory) and will not take responsibility for the damage. We have spent the past two weeks getting the run around between the store and sales, we had one response to an email and now all staff and management seem to have vanished. We’re being given every excuse possible why they are ignoring us and refusing to deal with us. They either have very poor staff management or are full of lies. Very frustrating and poor service.
