   Found an item online, rang the local business and the extremely obliging staff put the item aside and I collected and paid for it 15 minutes later. What a fabulous store! My advice, is take the time to browse the store. So many treasures in this store tucked away on Moorhouse Avenue beside Brownies Mattress Service.

   Awful people to deal with! They did not honor what was offered to us by the salesperson, and the so-called manager overwrote that offer by saying, “It’s our sale time and we are extremely busy! We are a massive store!!” (It’s a small local furniture shop.) I was the only one in the store, and yes—you were “busy” with having too many staff on the floor! We wanted to support a local business, but we will never go back there! And I wonder why Christchurch businesses close one after another. They don’t know the basics of business!

   Purchased an entertainment unit online and very happy with my purchase. Staff sent a video of the unit so I could get a better idea of the color. The unit was sent from Christchurch to Waikato with no issues. Unit is beautifully constructed and I'd definitely buy from Loft again.
