If we hadn't had an unfortunate problem, I would have given them 4 stars. We liked the range of furniture and pricing. They are stockists of Danske Mobler and we were interested in a fold-out sofabed chair but it was not in the showroom. I requested that it be sent down for us to look at with a view to purchase and we waited several weeks. When it finally arrived we were away for Easter but arranged to view it immediately afterwards. We went in and saw it and wanted to buy and take it home immediately, only to be told that it had been sold to someone else! There weren't any others in that colour available and we would have had to wait for weeks. I said this was unreasonable and I was shocked that they had sold a product that I had ordered. The salesperson then backpedaled and agreed to sell it to us, but was very frosty about it...surprising, given that we spent $2,000 there overall and the problem was not our responsibility. We got the chair, but it was an very unpleasant situation.
Great range of quality furniture in Global Living. Helpful staff, kept our furniture purchases until we were ready to pick them up. Assisted with loading for transport by us. Highly recommended.
