Bought a couch 6 weeks ago, made sure with staff that they could send couch 6 weeks later, they assured me it wasn't an issue. The couch then got delivered a week after purchase, it had to get sent back. And then couch was not delivered on agreed date, called the shop th day before to make sure delivery was sorted, was assured it was but still no couch on the day. Got delivered the following Monday. Parts where missing. After contacting customer service, they took note of my issues and offered me a partial refund. In summary, make sure that shop staff do their due diligence with logistic team. Shopping experience was not memorable, nevertheless the customer service provided to find a satisfying solution to my issues was absolutely impeccable. Couch looks great and quality seems good, good price too.

This is my style of furniture shop. I visited quite a few shops during the Boxing days. At last, my dinning suite and couch are sorted here. They do not sell cheapest furniture. They have good qualities with affordable price. This will be my number one shop for dinning and living room furniture. The staff are very patient and helped me to locate a few washers that were missing during the transportation. Excellent services! Highly recommended!
