Purchased a credenza and filing cabinet with draws. Prior to purchase, I called to ask some questions and they were extremely helpful. Price matched as advertised and shipped promptly. The Onsend shipping service is fantastic. The delivery company waits as you unbox the flat pack furniture to inspect for damage which can sometimes occur during delivery as we all know. They also share where you are in the delivery queue that day so you know exactly when they will arrive and aren't left wondering. The product arrived undamaged so I set about constructing it that evening. Unfortunately the credenza was missing some hinge screws so I was unable to complete that day. Contacted Office Furniture Warehouse and they went out of their way to resolve the hiccup with the least hassle to me. Shipped missing parts immediately and issued a partial refund for any inconvenience. This was unexpected but goes to show they actually care about providing a great experience and building repeat business. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. The furniture looks great and was provided at a competitive price. The flat pack instructions were like all other flat pack instructions out of China - you can work it out, but they could be clearer with some slightly different parts and pictures, or parts with no instructions, but we got there in the end and was not a major. Not something I could blame Office Furniture Warehouse for. Keep up the great work Carol and the team at Office Furniture Warehouse.

After looking at various on-line products, and some in-store, we determined that the products available through Office Warehouse Furniture were what suited us best, and at a very reasonable price. We ordered two book cases and one 1800 X 1800 desk. Delivery was prompt and went smoothly, they were easy to assemble and the quality was right for our needs.
Sales communications were great, product and delivery was great. Regrettably it took a couple of attempts to get the missing parts for the reception counter. Otherwise wonderful and would highly recommend.
I can't recommend Office Furniture Warehouse highly enough! From Carol's above and beyond customer service, to customising a cabinet to our specific dimensions, design and functionality, to the quick delivery in the Far North, Carol made the process easy for us and the manufacturer did a great job making just what we wanted.
Placed an order on their website on the 14th of May 2023. Got a confirmation email stating that their standard delivery time is 5-7 working days and 12-20 days on custom products. The product I ordered was a standard standing desk and nothing custom about it. I get a phone call a couple of days later informing me that the colour combination I requested wasn't in stock and would be delayed until August 2023. I queried why this wasn't shown as out of stock on the website as I would have placed an order from another provider if this was the case. This should have been my first red flag... During this call, we opted to switch out the colour legs for something they did have in stock and was advised this would be sent ASAP. Sent a follow up email on the 23rd of May asking for tracking details as the 7 days window had passed and was wondering where this was. Was advised they would get the tracking tomorrow and quoted a different shipping timeframe of 7-10 working days. Fast forward to the 26th of May (10 working days from my initial order), I get an email stating that this has just been picked up by Mainfreight and tracking would be provided shortly. The item itself finally arrived on the 31st of May (a total of 13 working days from the initial order which exceeds even the revised shipping dates provided). Very poor communication and bad taste that their website is not kept up to date with stock levels. Only reason that this is not a one star review is that the final product that was delivered is actually pretty good.

The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal - I cannot recommend these guys enough. I was able to trial a couple of chairs to see if they were right for me which in itself is amazing. The response times and great customer service were amazing and I would recommend these guys to anyone!
