   The lamps we purchased were of high quality, for a reasonable price and I would definitely purchase from Derlook again. One of the lamps will arrive later than planned due to stock, which I wish had been more clear during the ordering process (we bought 2 but only 1 was in stock). But the staff were great, quick to respond, apologised and offered a refund. Highly recommend :D

   We live in Christchurch and on a trip to Auckland we went into the DerLook Design shop. We met Alex and he told us that the coffee table we wished to purchase was not currently in stock but would be in a couple of weeks. I contacted Alex again once home and Alex confirmed that the table was arriving the next day. I ordered 2. Alex sent me an invoice, which I paid promptly and received a receipt. DerLook arranged transport of the tables to our home in Christchurch. We were kept up to date with delivery information. 100% satisfaction on our side. I have no hesitation in ordering from their store again.

   I would give no stars if I could, we purchased a three piece sofa set from here and it arrived a different fabric from what we ordered and within three months the stitching was coming apart. A year and half-ish on the couch is absolutely falling apart at alot of seams and we keep trying to repair. When we emailed derlook a while back they said they could tell us how to fix ourselves. Perhaps the worst purchase we have ever made. The stuff is wish ali-express level quality. I'm so sick of stitching up the couch.
