   I’ve ordered a household of furniture and wish I had found these guys sooner. Fantastic customer service, even with a small problem they handled it superbly and went over and above what normal retailers do. In comparison to competitors, top notch on the human element. Also very well priced product. Also to add to my review: I've just had more furniture ordered. I am incredibly grateful for the delivery service also. Probably some of the best customer service I've received. Helpful to come at a convenient time in the early evening, good communication, help to get things not only in the house but up the stairs and also took away most of the packaging. Well worth the delivery fee.

   Next level service! We bought two bar stools which I collected yesterday. Unfortunately they were the right stools but wrong shade . My wife rang Affordable Furniture and spoke to Justin to see if we could swap. He immediately said, “No Problem”. What’s more, he straightaway said he’d come past on his way home after 5pm on a Saturday(!), collect the old ones and deliver the correct ones. We are so impressed. Thank you so much!

   I purchased a FLOW Sideboard from Affordable Furniture January 2024. It is MAGNIFICENT (see photo). It is a solid, sturdy, Scandi sensation. Justin was AMAZEBALLS at sorting an invoice, payment and finding me the best freight price down to Dunedin. Justin goes above and beyond and it is impressive.

   I'm not sure who this gets to but I hope it's someone who should take note. I had amazingly good service from Justin Belcher at the Moorhouse Store. Delivered personally a very cumbersome sofa bed into a difficult space on a dark and stormy night. He went the extra mile and more. You'll get my recommendations from now on. Product is also just what I wanted. Thank you.

   Good range of option with affordable price. Absolutely blown away with Customer service provided by Naren. We had minor issue with our product.. I reported to store, Naren actioned straight away and in result I have received replacement unit in 2 days. Highly recommend furniture shop.

   Very very good selection of furniture and a great emphasis placed on selling Kiwi made goods which is absolutely wonderful in this age of cheap imported, throwaway, Ikea quick pack furniture. As their name infers, they do offer some very competitive deals. Definitely a place I'd consider buying from in the future over other over rated alternatives such as Harvey Norman.
