Follow up customer care has also been wonderful- from care/cleaning advice, to later purchase of furniture covers, and more recently for an outdoor umbrella cover.    We bought an outdoor sofa set and chair and had it shipped up to Nelson. David was excellent at helping us - sending additional photos and answering all our questions promptly. He also helped us with custom covers for the sofas. It all arrived incredibly quickly and when we had a minor issue with the stitching on one of the covers - it was sorted straight away and a new cover arrived the next day. Great service and very good quality products.

   My table exceeded expectations. I bought a 165cm Cove dining table and was very pleased with the quality. I needed an aluminium table near the sea but thought it might be a bit light. It feels very solid and doesn't move, even in huge winds we had this week. The customer service was exceptional, Dave called and told me when I'd hear from the carrier and the carrier was fantastic. I was sitting at the table less than a week after ordering it.
