Technician called at 2, was at my place by 2:30. Inspected the fridge, and informed me I would need a replacement! Great guy, really helpful and informative! Highly recommend! After the purchase we received the wrong product but realise until we had it home. Following a call and store visit to get the correct product, Dane and Josh were also amazing. Helpful, understanding and accommodating. A true throw back to the days of excellent customer service. What a refreshing experience. The store manager who gave us the wrong dishwasher to begin with and couldn't muster anything more than a "where's your receipt" could learn an awful lot from the excellent team of salespeople that clearly make the store a success.”

“Super cheap Wairau has been very helpful with providing advice and recommendations while I’ve been restoring my project car. The range of stuff in there is good and if they don’t have it on hand they get it in for you. The credit system is great for when spending it’s essentially free money when you spend money and helps you buy those small things like extra cans of paint or $20-$30 off your next big purchase like oil changes or servicing.”

Heck, they didn't have to do sales talk at all they were just knowledgable answering my questions and I ended up upselling myself for a slightly better more pet-designed vacuum.
