   Went in yesterday to get my windscreen wiper blades replaced. Jared was very friendly and helpful in arranging it and directing me around to their fitting bay at the rear of the store. Blake was awesome! Ready to greet me and directed me where and how to park in the fitting bay. Was very impressed with his attention to safety. Made sure I handed him the keys, that the ignition was off, vehicle was in "Park" and handbrake was on. Quickly placed protective mat on windscreen before removing the wiper blades. Recommended the best replacement blades and fitted them quickly and efficiently. Was also very pleased to see him correctly wearing the proper eye protection and gloves fitted well and were fit for purpose. His hand tools were also in excellent condition, which made the job much easier. Kindly checked the condition of the rear window wiper and its suitability, still in good condition. Asked him a couple of other simple car maintenance related questions that he happily answered and explained. Two excellent members of staff, and made for a very pleasant experience. They both deserve an "Employee of the week" or "Employee of the month" award or some sort of recognition for their excellent customer service.
