Wow! Kran Bloomfield. I am an auto electrician in Wellington. I was standing right behind you. This is not the conversation I heard. The staff at Pan Pacific Petone were really polite and professional. I feel you are due giving an apology. Did you not see me!!! I guess they dodged a bullet with you!
I found staff extremely rude. I asked for an account form and got scoffed at and told that was weird. I then got questioned on my business and what I would be purchasing. Instead of staff telling me they only let auto electricians open accounts which would have been professional, I was called weird and told that my transport business was weird and I wasn't allowed to open account. Staff were dressed very casually and very unprofessional responses from them. I wouldn't have minded if I was told at the beginning only auto electricians can open accounts at Pan Pacific. As leaving one staff member was extremely rude by telling me they will see me next Tuesday which again is highly unprofessional and uncalled for when asking for an account form.
