   1 star - (Initially) - Revised to 4 So - placed a click & collect order online Tuesday night as part of SCA's Super Saver night (get 10% back in store credit). I needed to get a replacement Air Filter for the car anyway so while ordering that I saw a couple of other items I figured I would get at the same time. Trouble is, the Air Filter was a special order which apparently takes 3-10 days to arrive. Granted they mentioned there would be an extended wait time for click and collect on special orders, it was not clear (And still isn't from reading their Terms & Conditions) that this would mean the entire order wouldn't be available until the Air Filter arrived. They literally have everything else I need (And want to use in the next few days) but I can't have them, because they don't stock the one thing I went online to get in the first place. Infuriating. Do they want to do business with people or not? Rang their central help desk - waste of time. Said I had to wait for the entire order to be completed before picking up. I give up! And their website was next to useless when it came to working out what was happening with my order. Update: 3 days later the Special Order was still showing as Being Processed. Did that mean awaiting deliver or not even ordered yet? I decided to ring the local store direct to check. Spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed she could seperate out the rest of teh order (which they had already put aside for me) and then get the Special order once it arrived from Australia (Takes about a week). Perfect! Thanks Supercheap Albany. Great work.

   Have shopped at this place plenty of times, although I prefer the Wairau location, I never had any problems till today. Picked up a toolpro tool chest that I found to be dented and damaged later when I unpacked it at my workplace. Talked to James one of the managers to work it out, but he was very unhelpful. I was friendly and polite but he didn't want to help out.
