   A person took my husbands call. Amazing customer service. Offered to place the required items at the counter for collection. Jacob served my. I said I was collecting and order. His reply is that an online order. My reply. No he phoned. Jacobs reply. We don’t do phone orders. I called my husband and then I explained that a person had put them at the counter with my name for collection. The whole time Jacob served my there was no expression on his face. Once he had the goods that were at the counter with my name. I ask what do you say now. Still the expression less face. My reply was “sorry about that” then a lady at the counter decided that she would put her two cents into the conversation and said. You asked for an order. The first person who kindly helped my husband and left the items at the counter. Filled my husbands requirement perfectly. He completed the request over the phone. A phone order. Could Jacob have not looked in the online order area and where item as are left with peoples names? Obviously not part of the service he provides and the lady that decided to put her two cents in was totally out of place

   My partner had his Restricted test and on the way we realised one of our headlight bulbs was blown. We ran into Supercheap and explained that his test was in about half an hour and we needed a new bulb, and the guy there (I wish I knew his name) had us absolutely sorted in 10 minutes, and checked all the other lights and indicators for the test as well. Couldn’t have had better service from him, and we ended up early for the test! Absolute legend

   The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I phoned beforehand to check someone could replace my wiper blades/put in some refills and Cody was very friendly both on the phone and in-store. Henry was incredibly helpful when working on my wipers, and explained everything to me as he was working, and even explained parts where he thought I could actually save. Excellent customer service from the whole team!
