   Obviously nobody there wanted to be working today, very poor service. Put staff on the floor and Self service checkouts might be easier because unless you know exactly what you need, there's no help.

   Very poor customer service ever! You enquire about a product, sales person says he has to check the back and then just leaves you be. No coming back to you at all, even though you arr waiting on him and in his view.....no sorry I can't help you right now or no sorry none in stock or what so ever, and when you complain to Manager, that is even more of a dead end, no wonder the service is so bad. Very very poor service

   Kazandra was incredibly helpful! After battling and spending hours and hundreds of dollars at a mechanic trying to get a fault fixed on my car, and then getting a new quote at $155 an hour to diagnose the problem, she did a diagnostic test and fixed the start/stop engine failure issue I’ve been dealing with for over a year in about 5 minutes and for only $30. I can’t thank her enough! She was super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend - great customer service.
