Beautifully run store, excellent staff and incredibly helpful I was served by a good looking young lad I think his name was Matt, I went in lost as a dog and he directed me exactly where I need to go. Do you guys give out staff phone numbers?
Every time I goto Supercheap I'm always greeted at the door when I enter and if they don't have a customer they always say 'is there anything I can help you with' the staff are very helpful customer oriented, Just Great customer service. Thank you

Didn’t bother to help put a battery in my car because apparently there was only 2 staff on yet when another man walked in and asked for help outside they put their coat on and rushed to help him. Wasn’t helpful in trying to find things I needed either, won’t be coming back here service was really bad.
Horrible service. Walked round clearly confused had the workers walk past me not saying a word. Went over to them phones out. I asked where something was the first person looks at me blankly the other guy rudely says aisle 13. No help whatsoever
