   The man who served me was very helpful, not only finding the headlamp bulb I needed for my car, but installing it for me - I had no clue how to access it - AND checking the competitor's pricing without my even having to ask (SCA was already about 20% cheaper, apparently). It's not the first time someone there has helped me by fitting something in my car. On my last visit, the man who served me fitted all three windscreen and rear wipers. Apparently, he had already announced to the team that no one was to do any more fittings for customers, as it was close to closing time, but he did mine, perhaps picking up on my stress levels without my saying anything about it. I've been very impressed with your level of customer service, and the additional fee to install something on my car is so reasonable (possibly the same hourly rate as at the garage, but reflective of the actual time spent, not some arbitrary minimum charge).

   I bought a new car stereo system from supercheep in Paraparaumu and the staff were nice and friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable regarding what they sell. I was also provided with the contact of a professional installer to install the stereo who was also really professional and did a good job. It was all just so easy and professional from buying the system and having it installed. Thank you all for being so helpful and professional.
