    I ordered a roof rack online and went to pick it up from the Porirua store. When I arrived, Hannah approached me and I mentioned that I was there for an online pickup. She was very pleasant and polite, quickly located my order, and even remembered that I had spoken with her earlier over the phone. I later needed to change the product at the Lower Hutt store due to stock availability, and the Alicetown team also provided excellent customer service. Today, I returned to the Porirua store to purchase another item and was once again served by Hannah. As always, her customer service was outstanding—very pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. I honestly don’t mind driving to Porirua every time if it means receiving this level of service from Supercheap Auto.
