   My car wouldn’t start due to a flat battery while I was in Cambridge, so I went to Supercheap Auto to buy a replacement. Unfortunately, I had no tools with me to install the battery. I asked the staff if it was possible to borrow tools, but was told they were not allowed to lend any. As a result, I had to leave and go to Repco Cambridge down the road. The experience there was completely different — the staff were very friendly and helpful. They lent me the tools, assisted me with purchasing the correct battery, and kindly helped with recycling the old one. It was disappointing that Supercheap Auto couldn’t offer any assistance in this situation, especially when another nearby store was able to help so readily.

   The staff were very helpful. It was good to see them backing each other, supporting each other with the vehicle dilemma that I brought to the store. I needed a special type of windscreen wiper clip and in the end we won and found the replacement. I was incredibly grateful!
