   Annoyed I'd driven there after being told on Sunday by someone at the Mt Maunganui branch there'd be someone at Judea branch that'd fit a bulb. Apparently the lady had told her colleague there was nobody to do fitting, but he told me that anyway. Total lack of communication and a waste of an hour and petrol. Lady just was unapologetic and lacked empathy. I expect better service and advise an update should be made on the company website to advise would be customers that require a fitting service to phone ahead. This would have saved the hassle and a negative impact from my review.

   I went in for new window wipers because mine were worn out and split. I was immediately asked if I needed help by the lovely young man at the counter. I told him what I needed and he asked if I wanted someone to fit them. I was surprised and said yes please. I only had to wait a few minutes for someone to become free and this lovely young lady helped me out. Between these 2 extremely wonderful staff members, I was sorted in no time. This was on a Saturday and what amazing customer service, thank you.
