“Absolutely cannot fault the service we received here! I emailed earlier in the week to enquire about the duration of a sale and they responded promptly. We went in today to purchase three car seats in order to fit three across in our vehicle. Jen served us and went absolutely above and beyond. She helped us to pick the right seats, talking us through pros and cons of a few seats, she then helped us to trial the fit for the three and then properly install all of them. All this on a stinking hot day, while being lovely to our two preschoolers. Thank you Jen for your amazing service, and thank you Babies NZ for your range of affordable, high quality carseats that enabled us to solve our three across dilemma without compromising on safety or having to remortgage the house! Highly, highly recommend!”

“Shout out to Mister Minit Dunedin! I stupidly lost my one and only car key and the team at Mister Minit were so helpful! I was lucky enough to have the Regional Manager be in town the day I called for help. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away. They were at my house with a smile the same day I called helping me sort a new key. I also work in the same Mall and the Dunedin team are always so friendly even if you are just walking past. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Wide variety of high quality outdoor equipment. While I did not find what I was lookibg for (the product is long discontinued) the staff was very helpfull in going through the products in an attempt to find a suitable alternative. Indeed this chain seems to have tue widest variety of outdoor equipment, from what I've seen so far in Auckland.”

“I went in during a super busy Saturday to purchase some new running shoes, but I wanted to get measured and check my gait. Despite the store being full of people, I was extremely impressed with the service. The guy who helped me was about to tidy up shoes but saw me waiting and helped me. He was efficient, explained everything clearly and gave me two pairs of shoes to try on that were within the budget I had. I'm very happy with my new running shoes and wouldn't hesitate to return based on the service I received.”

The staff here were so helpful when it came to helping me find my match, handing me what must have been almost 20 pairs of jeans before I found the right pair. I would have been so lost without them, and they went to great lengths to find them for me, so I know I just couldn't have done it without them.”
