   At the St Luke’s store, Kirby went to no end of trouble to find the right type and fit of shoe for my 60-something feet. I got the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had (Brooks Adrenaline). It’s changed my walking experience. I now walk tall and freely. Couldn’t ask for better expertise and service. Thank you!

   I went in during a super busy Saturday to purchase some new running shoes, but I wanted to get measured and check my gait. Despite the store being full of people, I was extremely impressed with the service. The guy who helped me was about to tidy up shoes but saw me waiting and helped me. He was efficient, explained everything clearly and gave me two pairs of shoes to try on that were within the budget I had. I'm very happy with my new running shoes and wouldn't hesitate to return based on the service I received.

   I just want to give commendation to Darcy of Athlete's foot St. Luke's Westfield. We came to the store 1 hr before closing time and this lad accomodated us, listened to my concerns and was very patient. I learned more about my feet and found I have been wearing the wrong size. LOL! Thank you again Darcy for graciousness and kindness you made our first visit to Athlete's foot such a wonderful experience, will come back again soon!

   I recently visited Athletes Foot and had an okay experience. The quality of the shoes at Athletes Foot seemed average. They had a range of prices, but the shoes at the lower end of the spectrum didn't seem as durable as some of the higher-priced options. I did find a pair of trail Hoka shoes that I liked, but they were out in my size, which was disappointing.

   Was attend to by the store manager. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Came out with a great pair of running shoes that fit perfectly. Super happy and I'll be going there next time I need new runners.

   Sales lady was happy and helpful, but I felt her happiness wane when I enquired about the track shoes on sale. It just seems absurd that for a non neutral shoe there's no sale on those items. Track shoes very expensive.
