   Went in yesterday and was served by Nicholas. Honestly the best retail experience I’ve had in as long as I can remember. He was so helpful, bright, and genuinely lovely to deal with. My flatmate also had an amazing experience with him the week before. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but we both agreed his service was exceptional and worth calling out! Will definitely be back for more :)

   I had a fantastic experience at Kathmandu! Julia was absolutely awesome – she greeted me warmly, asked if I needed any help, and then rang up my items with such friendliness and efficiency. The store itself was incredibly well organised, with everything neatly arranged and in size order, which made finding what I needed so easy. A really enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish!

   I visited the Kathmandu Lyall Bay and was served by Elly who provided exceptional customer service. She listened to my many queries and was patient, expressing her knowledge and expertise about different options and a range of products. A few days later I was greeted by Ollie who expressed himself on an exceptional level, providing brilliant ideas and showing depth above his years. Both of these individuals went above and beyond and I feel their attitude and genuineness as young promising human beings should be noted for further development of an example of exemplary service. It was a breath of fresh air and in turn, I purchased exactly what I was looking for. It wasn't for either of them, I would likely have not purchased anything at all. A+

   Arrived to spend serious money, but no staff to be seen anywhere. Plenty of customers browsing on their own, just no staff. Eventually left empty handed and bought cheap and cheerful from The Warehouse with friendly helpful staff to assist!

   Very helpful staff! I came here to pick up the tent - Kathmandu Retreat 40 in gum tree/pony colors, that has been held for us through the help of the staff in Kathmandu Petone. They have been helping us finding the reef walkers as well. We bought quite a complete camping gears here. The store is neat and easy to navigate. There are clearance items with additional 20% off racks, although not as many as the one in Petone. It is located in Wellington Airport retail shops area and it has enough parking space.
