Absolutely loved the vibes of the store. Beautiful communication from both staff members on the shift, adore the purchase made and really felt listened to. Riley was an amazing attendant, with a lovely smile and greeted us well. Would come back again. Thank you!
The two staff members present (a guy and a girl) when I made a purchase from this store on Saturday were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and patient. And I'm happy with the four items I purchased.
A great clothing store in the Palms with friendly staff interested in helping out. With to date fashions you be lucky to get a better deal elsewhere.
Did some bargain shopping at Hallensteins, as there were some discounts and good deals this week. The shop was full of options, easy to get around the displays, and the salesperson was very friendly and helpful.
Was in the palms store today 5-4-23 about 2pm, the young man who helped us was fantastic, super helpful with a great manner, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was the only young male assistant in the shop...well done mate hope the good feedback gets to you and your managers etc
I stopped in Today 20th dec, the young lady who was working was quite rude and not only towards myself but my sister and also noticed she was to other customers. And i think its un acceptable and she should be spoken to about the way she talks to customers and response to a question. On the other hand i would've given 5 stars for the male worker who was kind, lovely and help us out as much as he could while the young lady was standing behind the counter and he was running around sorting things out for all the customers that dude deserves props and maybe even a raise watching him cater to customers needs and being the only one doing it... Wish i got his name to give him the props he deserves! Please sort out your customer service. Or I rather go else where
Visited the store this afternoon. Walked into the store, the two staff members didn't even acknowledge us. Found what we needed after going to the changing rooms twice, still no service with no one coming to check on us. Only once we got to the counter to pay did we get any sort of service. I suggest some training could be helpful for your staff members. Time of purchase was 1.45pm 9 Oct.
Came into buy some pants today but i guess the staff members social media life was more important. Waited at the counter and not an acknowledgement from her as she typed away. Dissappointing as the centre was quiet and looks like it needed the business. Oh well next time maybe
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good ethical fashion guide rating too. Great range of colours which is a change for menswear. Clothing is durable and we'll priced. Definitely recommend this store!
