   NEVER AGAIN. Twice in the past month I have entered this store and am appalled at the service. The first time the two ladies rostered on were disrespecting a customer, laughing about her behind her back as I walked in. I promptly walked out. The second time the store manager was so rude to me I was speechless. I have worked in retail and customer service roles throughout my life and could not believe her attitude. I left and went to another high end boutique across the road and told the woman there what had happened. She said they have a reputation for being very rude and having purchased one item there herself, also vowed never to return. I've just finished reading the reviews and am not surprised to find so many dismal ratings.

   I first discovered this wee gem of a store in 2018 when they were in Ponsonby and since then I've been a loyal customer. Nowadays I purchase from the online store as I can never get to the Mount but online works beautifully for me. They have the BEST selection of luxe boho brands and Chloe goes out of her way to make sure I can purchase the items I'm after PLUS shipping is always overnight! Just love it. I've only ever had to return one item via online and the process was very smooth and stress free. I do miss the old Ponsonby days and queuing up in the mornings on Spell drop days - one day I'll make it to the Mount for drop day! Keep on keeping on ladies xx
