   Very friendly and helpful staff. Was served by a "younger gentleman" who had a laugh with me while serving. Personality goes a long way. I went in for a card, took me forever to find one as the selection was huge. Got the perfect card.

   I had an amazing experience of a most helpful staff member who approached me when I was juggling the 4 pool noodles, I had purchased from the Warehouse, that were going in every direction and was trying to look at Atomic Habits workbook and this young lady came over and offered to secure them together with rubber bands to make life easier for me, which she did and it made my browsing 100% better. She was young and tall with glasses and went over and above what I would expect.

   Good assortment of books, games, art materials and other gifts. The attendants are very helpful and courteous to all customers, including children which I, as an adult, really admire. Even at busy times they are polite, help locating items in the store and even manage a smile. I would appreciate having more specialised drawing and painting materials.

   As poorly laid out as any other Whitcoulls store, but the staff are very nice. Although I didn't interact much I could see them helping plenty of people out. Good environment and even with the typical poor layout I'd trust employees to help me find anything I was after.
