I entered the Pram shop last week after a new piercing because mine had fallen out. I was met with a very rude worker that was not helpful at all! She had no customer service skills what so ever! I will not be returning
Got my tongue pierced and our piercer was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions. She was very professional and made sure that our anatomy was correct before the appointment. Great service.

Got my daughters seconds pierced and it was such a great experience! Staff were very professional and super friendly. They were very organised and knew what they were doing. She took a lot of time a care to make sure everything was correct and going well. Would 100% recommend and will be going back for any future piercings!

i got my septum pierced here for my birthday, the piercing looks amazing!! the lady was very sweet & i would definitely recommend , i dont rmb her name but she was very sweet and the overall experience was just reall cool! the aura of the shop is very pleasant aswell
The most loveliest lady pierced my daughters septum today on her birthday, and took such great care with her in how she explained everything to her in awesome detail, gave her a squishy to squeeze for when she did the piercing, explained so much about aftercare and in general, was just so warm and friendly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend :-)
