Replaced zipper quickly and efficiently on a jacket. Would recommend to anyone needing quality workmanship in a timely manner. Customer services were excellent as well.

No stars – I’d give minus 5 if I could. My husband took my Osprey hiking pack in for repair because of a small 5cm cut on the side. He was told the repair would cost around $50–$80. For that price, I expected the entire side panel to be replaced. Instead, it was patched with a piece of fabric in a different colour, measuring about 10cm x 3cm, and we were charged $75.50. He received the invoice by email and paid it straight away without checking the finished job. When he picked it up, he was very disappointed with what had been done. I feel we were ripped off. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Last year TwinNeedle washed my gore-tex raincoat, returning it to the original waterproof, breathable function it had ten years ago. They also replaced a lot of the seam tape which was coming loose. They did a great job. I made the mistake of sending the raincoat to them at the beginning of winter, which is their busy season, so it was a few months before they could get it done. Because it took so long, they gave me a discount, only charging me for the seam taping, not for the washing. So I'm a happy customer - and next time I'll make sure I check my gear and send it for repairs at the END of winter, not the beginning!

can't rate these guys enough, installed a new zipper in a metro style backpack and they have done the best job! the bag more than likely has a better zip in it now that it did from the manufacturer. Super service.. Thanks Team

Proceed with caution and patience if using twin needle services. I emailed their service many months ago to see if they could replace.a broken zip on the canvas part of a cream baby bassinet. I was assured if the canvas could be sent to them they could sort it. After waiting 8-weeks and almost 100.00 later with no further communication I received the bassinet canvas back with a grey zip sewn into the cream canvas. As the other zip on the bassinet was cream and the canvas was cream it looked ridiculous, particularly at that price for the repair. I called them and spoke to a nice person who assured me they could correct this and I sent it back to them. A further 7-weeks later I called back to find out where the canvas bassinet part was, only to be told they had switched zip supplier and were waiting on the new zip to arrive. OK I thought thats fine, then ro add insult to the experience this staff member proceeded to rudely tell me they were a repair service…not a restoration service and they just use whatever they have in stock that as closely matches to the product as possible. I found this a bit ridiculous given the canvas was cream, and re-iterated that no one communicated to me that they would sew in a mismatched grey zip, and I felt as a fairly basic colour it should be within their skill set to source a white or cream zip?. I finally received it back today, thankfully the new zip is white but it’s a far cry from the grey one they tried to fob off on me the first time around. If using their service ask for a price first, be explicit on your expectations, be willing to be patient and proceed with caution.

I sent my sleeping bag in to remove a bad milky smell. When I picked it up, the smell still remained so I requested a refund and was told one would go through. It has been over a month and haven't received the refund despite 2 follow up emails and calling the store. Twin needle came very highly recommended to me so it has been a disappointing experience.

What an awesome business! Friendly knowledgeable team, I bought 2 of 4X2 SMALL STACKER POUCH in Ranger green. My Tatonka Bison pack doesn't have any small pockets on the hip supports, and these attach very easily and stay on strong. They only had one in stock, but I just ordered the other one, and they made it up the following week and called me for collection. I also asked about cutting and trimming off my excess length straps on the pack too, which they are able to do

Amazing service and extremely professional! Replaced zip on a QSC K12 speaker bag with an industrial quality, much better than the original one, plus pathed hokes and fitted new Velcro all for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied! AAA+
