Contractor turned up exactly on time and worked in a very professional and efficient manner keeping me informed as the job progressed plus regularly involving me in any necessary decision making. Overall a 5 star experience. My only niggle is that I was unable to contact the company at any time via phone, there were a couple of questions I had that would have been easily answered via a quick a phone call.
