   Outstanding service from JAE Cleaning Services (East Auckland). From the very first contact, JAE were professional, organised, and respectful. They communicated clearly and worked with us to book suitable times to attend the property. Over the course of a month, they completed 8 site visits to dry our flooring, and every visit was handled impeccably. They always called ahead before arriving, were consistently on time, and were in and out efficiently while being respectful of our home and our space. Every single person who came to our property was friendly, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. A special mention to Dise, Tyra, Summer, Liam, Mike, Logan, Lukas, Jade, and Tony — all amazing staff, hardworking, professional, and a credit to the company. After a very stressful situation, JAE (East Auckland) made the process smooth and reassuring. I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough. Job number: 325759

   Contacted JAE to get a price to clean a couch and two rugs and was told that they are unable to take on any more upholstery cleaning and that the rugs would take 4-6 weeks to clean and the cost for 1 rug would be approx $390 that I would need to drop them off or pay a pick up fee. Found a independent local upholstery cleaner and was charged less than what 1 rug would have cost me to have all 3 things cleaned and he did it the next day and did a Fantastic job. My recommendation is to shop around.

   A lady driving a van from your company almost hit me today when we were on the right turn from Ti Rakau Drive to Harris rd. I have done nothing wrong but she just suddenly changed the line without indicator on. OMG that was so closed and she just act like nothing happend.

   Really happy with today's carpet cleaning service. The technician was really friendly and polite. We had some vomit on some bedroom carpet. It came up good as new. Reasonable price ($150) and he had paywave which made payment super easy. I found out they do a variety of services - storm damage, general carpet cleaning (for example if you need to clean carpets before moving) and also other bodily fluids (say if your pet bleeds throughout house after getting injured, etc.) I didn't realise commercial companies covered such a wide scope of cleaning. I was really impressed and appreciate the good job. Thanks :-)
