   Took my Hermès cashmere sweater to this particular dry cleaner in Dunedin whilst being in this area on my trip through New Zealand. I had a regular cleaning with them, I also wanted some assistance with removing some pilling that had built up after the clean upon pickup. The person was confident that they were able to do it but after a few minutes they said the clothing was too fine and they were unable to complete it. What they didn’t tell me was that they ended up leaving a hole on the back centre of the sweater! I was unable to get in contact with them on the same day as it was already after hours when I noticed it, and I left before their opening time the next day. I tried to contact them through their email but they have not gotten back to me. Would not recommend to take anything of value to their place!

   Friendly but poor job. Hope I can fix the damage. It was a simple job, and yet... It's unfortunate cause they're the only dry cleaners in the area.

   Took my dog bed in to get washed, was in a rush to get there before close so was going to take the cover off while there but before I even got in the door and explain I was told they couldn't do it and to go somewhere else. Not to mention multiple lost shirts and the bad attitude I received when dropping off lots of large items

   Poor quality work. Waste of $30. Couldn't properly clean the collar of a white shirt or even do a half decent job of ironing it. Unable to remove a stain from a blazer, yet still happy to charge. Did a far superior job myself at home soaking in some Vanish and ironing. This isn't the first time they've been unable to do a simple cleaning job. Won't waste my money again, nor recommend.
