Great food, got chicken tikka masala and it was the best Indian dish I’ve ever had. Great service, the waitress was very friendly and informative when asking questions about the menu, and the atmosphere was amazing. Great authentic music and decor. A bit more expensive than other places but worth it for a perfect experience.
Amazing food and excellent service every time. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented. Easily one of the best places to eat in NZ. Little India Dunedin never disappoints!
I came from United Arab Emirates and was looking for an Indian Cuisine as I am craving for it. Been to alot of restaurants but here was amazing. Biryani was so good and the cheese garlic nan. Must try, highly recommended!
We came into the restaurant around 8:30 pm on Monday out of the rain. The folks working were so kind to us. We cannot get over how sweet our server was. We ordered the popular appetizer (I can’t remember what it was called unfortunately) that was so good. We also got the butter chicken for the entree - definitely would recommend! It was well worth the stop!
A great birthday dining experience yet again. Booking was easy, food was exceptional and the service was exactly what I would hope for. Great to see some new dishes on the menu and the evolution of the existing menu items. Love the food, love the music. Still the best Indian food dining experience in town.
This is a lovely restaurant, and the staff were really helpful when i told them I was looking for something vegan. I had a delicious curry with basmati and a roti. This was $16 which was great value. Highly recommend!
Loved the food and service, right up until I had to pay. Putting a tip option on the eftpos machine where I have to press no tip in front of the teller is just wrong. This is New Zealand, I paid $250 for 8 people to eat, I assume the staffs wages come out of that.
I usually eat from Little India in Rolleston and was in Dunedin for business and thought I would try the local restaurant and I wasn't disappointed, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was quiet and very pleasant and the food was amazing and served quickly. I will definitely be back when I am in Dunedin again. Thank you Little India.
The food and service was wonderful, and we had a delightful evening in the restaurant. Our server was chatty and checked in on us consistently throughout the meal. Would 100% come here again!
