“Michelle is absolutely wonderful for water analysis, explaining what to do and why, and sorting out exactly how to get your spa and swimming pool water started and fixed. She will spend as much time with you as you need, and write everything down (especially if you have to relay to the other half). She has saved us literally hundreds of dollars and we have the clearest and sparkliest spa and now coming up swimming pool (from ground zero) - everything has happened exactly as she told us, text book style. I nearly went to a box shop expecting to spend hundreds, thankfully, as Michelle has had us on the straight and narrow with the spa, I drove past the box shop where I was parking, and decided to ask Michelle. She went through my box of existing products and I only needed a $35 bottle of product. Gear - as in robot pool cleaner. We had expected to spend about $1900...for our purposes (above ground steel wall pool) we didn't need to spend that much. $1500 savings - our robot doesn't need to walk the sides but none of the other shops had told us this! They can sort out pretty much anything from replacing a washer or a tap, installing new hot water cylinder to full on bathroom renovation. But Josiah is also very good at sorting out other 'handyman' jobs like replacing door handles, repairing and painting a ceiling or putting up a partition wall. “We recently completed a pool project with Mike Treadwell of Hawkes Bay Narellan involving the installation of a 5.5m Eden with an adjoining Neptune spa. We chose Eden and Neptune because we had a demanding site that required several iterations of the design, layout and specification of materials. Both the magnesium pool and bromide spa are covered and heated, sharing a heat pump, and the pool has a pair of swim jets. Mike arranged a custom-built pool shed to house the four pumps, two filters, heat pump and electrical equipment, all out of view of the pool and deck entertainment area. The Narellan team did a seamless job of coordinating our cast of trade subcontractors (plumber, electrician, drainage, fencing (mixed masonry and aluminum fence), earth moving, hardscaping and landscaping and home automation). Designing and installing a pool complex was more of a major project than we anticipated, certainly if you want to get it right. Mike’s team was extremely responsive and helpful and handled all the consents very efficiently. There were of course glitches and issues, but Mike and team cheerfully addressed any issues and found acceptable solutions. My wife (who was the designer of the pool area) and I felt we brought the project in at a competitive and reasonable market price. It has only been three months since completion, but already we are believers that “quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.” We chose Narellan after surveying the market extensively and would highly recommend both Mike Treadwell and the Narellan product.”

“Fantastic Service. The company I had booked cancelled on me last minute. I rang Xtreme carpet cleaning late on a Saturday, they come and quoted the same day and completed the job the next morning. Matt pretreated the whole carpet with extra attention to the stained area including dog urine. Super knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
