“Walking the length and breadth of Sylvia Park mall with a four year old on a busy day does burn a lot calories. I prefer to start this ritual with a cup of good coffee and a light snack. I made one such stop at majestic tea bar recently and I must admit - me and my family really enjoyed it. We ordered a flat white, couple of hot chocolates and feta spinach roll. Both the hot drinks were amazing. Kudos to the folks at the counter - it was a busy day yet they were very courteous and service was reasonably fast. To me the roll was a winner - it came out with fresh salad and a sauce. Great value for money. Highly recommend this place. Will be back to try out other items.”

“We went there just yesterday for an early dinner as we had an early flight this morning. The lovely waitress pulled out our chairs, brought water to the table etc. We ordered a certain type of sandwich which they did not have available, but she got the kitchen to make up a club type toasted sandwich instead. It was amazing!! Wonderful service, nice quiet ambiance, very impressed ☺️☺️☺️”

“I saw their advert in the local paper and thought I'd give it a try. WOW I was super impressed!!! Great food and super value. I went in on Tuesday for their T-Bone special. Wondering if they're consistent hehehe we went over last night (Thursday) to try their Roast Dinner special and again WOW!!!! The meal was absolutely delicious!!! It reminded me of my childhood and Sunday lunches. A superb local spot, catering for all including families with little ones. Fantastic value for money and lovely friendly staff. They will be seeing me again ...... very soon :-) Thank you Michelle”

“the brothers that have this store and there staff have always been friendly and respectful to me and my family and friends. i am very impressed on how they interact with there customers with a smile always taking time to have a chat when not busy. i only wish there there was more business have the same attitude like these boys have . i was so impressed that i even got my daughter to bake them a cake for them to share with there staff and family”

I’m quite particular about what I'm looking for when I search for a café to grab a bite, but this place meets all my criteria. One staff member, who is of Asian descent, remembers exactly what I order every time I walk through the door, which is a savoury muffin and a flat white coffee. “I have to say BROOKE is the BEST MACCAS EMPLOYEE in the world!!! She was very friendly and provided great service. She solved my problem quickly despite being very busy. She came like an angel when people were in trouble. I have never spoken so highly of any service person. Brooke must be a role model for all service professionals. “A very convenient location opposite Gate Pa shopping center in Tauranga, the staff was really helpful, and friendly. They even went to the extent of accommodating my son for no extra cost even though his booking wasn't there, as he turned up last minute to attend the Jazz festival. The place is a bit old, but the location is just so convenient. Would definitely stay there again..”
