   Shocking customer service. Over charged us, then laughed it off and didn’t apologise once. Took 25min to sort it out. Ridiculous. Won’t be coming back, 2nd time it has happened with the same staff.

   It feels like this store has management issues. Order No.71 was responded to only after No.73, and told I still had to wait. I ordered a Strawberry Lush, but what I got tasted like mango instead. Not sure what the three staff members were so busy with there were fewer than ten orders in total, yet they still made mistakes. ended up waiting 20 minutes, and the experience was really disappointing.

   Rude, disrespectful and arrogant staff. Despite three Visits over four weeks, staff have shown multiple times they are simply too busy to stop what they are doing to acknowledge the customer. To be dismissed by three staff members today was rude and disgusting behaviour and im sure it falls short of any customer expectation. I could accept it as a one off but three times in a month is beyond a joke and highlights the culture behind the counter. They simply don't care and I highly reccomend to go elsewhere

   I do love tank, however disappointed in the massive chucks of bits in my smoothie today.. was really disappointing, this has happened a few times now. Sadly wasn’t enjoyable because i was getting big slobbery stuff

   Today we placed a massive order of 25 items at Tank Constellation. It was a lot of food with extras, and drinks! They were super helpful in double checking the order was correct, friendly and the food was of very good quality. Would recommend this Tank.

   Went here with my friend today who has a server banana allergy, she checked multiple times to confirm there was no banana. But there was indeed banana in the smoothie, so my friend almost went into anaphylactic shock. She didn’t order a banana tank so there shouldn’t have been any banana in it unless they don’t wash their equipment. Worst customer service ever, do not go here and the workers should be fired! We have gone to tank for a long and never had an issue.
