On my way home after a late shift and needed food, Maccas isn't my food place of choice but was open. They did a basic Vege burger, no vegan option so lots of lettuce, onion and tomatoe. The young guy who was manning the drive through was awesome. Trying to accommodate what I was asking for. Cant say I'll be back anytime soon, but they tried.
Just got a frozen drink with a colour-changing cup but it tasted good and the service was great. The only reason it is a 4 star is because of the normal fast food restaurant noise.
Stuff is constantly missing from orders. Not just mine, had a couple people come up with wrong or missing items. Machines not giving out receipts, nor receipts being given out to orders. Paid extra for the cup, got home and it wasnt there. Rung shop to try and confirm whether it was added to my order and no one picks up. I understand we're all human but come on.
I have to say BROOKE is the BEST MACCAS EMPLOYEE in the world!!! She was very friendly and provided great service. She solved my problem quickly despite being very busy. She came like an angel when people were in trouble. I have never spoken so highly of any service person. Brooke must be a role model for all service professionals. If I were Christopher John Kempczinski, I would give this girl a promotion.
Well considering we went for dessert and low and behold the ice cream machine was broken - yeah right - and then we had to wait 10 minutes for the apple pies to cook which wasn't advised until after we paid, made for not a great experience.
Absolute legends! They gave me an extra 2 meat patties and cheese when I only asked for 1 extra! Asked one of the employees a question and he was really friendly and kind as well
Really!!! I’ve never met someone so unpleasant for front of house!!! Can’t say this was a great experience…. Arrived a bit late into the restaurant was instructed which table we could sit at … they didn’t have a vanilla shake so we took fries instead but only small serve not large? Go figure… most unfriendly place I’ve encountered in my short new life here in the South…
Excellent service and delicious meals. Take service is fast and efficient. Can customize meals to suit all your dietary needs. I'm flexiterian, so perfect options available. You can't book a table but has plenty of room. They also do takeaway. Excellent staff and everything was cooked.
My son and I were both sick from the combos we got last night, 14/2/23. Yakked up $27 of combos at 2am in the morning. Someone’s hands who was preparing the food aren’t very clean.
