I highly recommend this café. The staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail, and of course, they offer delicious cabinet food. I’m quite particular about what I'm looking for when I search for a café to grab a bite, but this place meets all my criteria. One staff member, who is of Asian descent, remembers exactly what I order every time I walk through the door, which is a savoury muffin and a flat white coffee. The staff also apologises and acknowledges their mistakes if they make one, and offers alternative options to accommodate you. Don’t miss out on this café, it’s a must-visit.

Found this gem when we started Pilates—great vibes, even better brunch. I left my phone for a week and they not only kept it safe, they charged it and let the caller/s know they had it. So grateful! Great brunch—smashed tacos and eggs bene (classic!) hit the spot. Don’t skip the espresso chillers on your way out, especially in this heat!

We visit here often for coffee and scones — it's our favourite spot! The staff are always lovely and welcoming, the coffee is excellent, and the cakes are absolutely delicious."

This is my second visit to Gloria Jean’s Café, and once again I couldn’t go past ordering the waffles with bacon, banana, and maple syrup. The highlight for me is how they caramelize the banana — such a simple touch that most places skip, but it makes all the difference compared to just slicing a banana onto the plate. The mocha is spot on too, with a great balance of chocolate and coffee. Friendly smiles at the counter, good prices, and tasty food make it an easy choice to come back again.

The coffee was a little bit expensive, but it was thick and delicious even though it was large. The cabinet food was also delicious. The atmosphere was good and overall I was satisfied. The parking was comfortable and nice. It was easy to talk to my friends. The only thing is I ordered coffee in a to-go cup, but I guess they forgot. It's okay. Such a mistake, lol.

Wheelchair toilet wasn’t accessible I ended up stuck in a corner with my disabled child trying to get around freezers and lockers stacked in the way. The tone of service was not pleasant they seemed angry we were even there. Seemed annoyed that I asked for takeaway container after realising tube feeding equipment had been left in my car.

Poor. Ordered big breakfast. Sausages were cold on the inside, scrambled eggs were overdone and meal was shabbily put together. Go somewhere else.

3 cakes, 2 thick shakes and a chai latte. Service was fine and the cafe setting is good with lots of parking. The food was ok and the drinks also ok. 1 thick shake wasn’t a thick shake, might have missed the thickener or ice cream.

The table was dirty. We were served the most over-poached egg I've ever come across. We had to ask for butter for the toast. Extremely stingy with the hollondaise sauce. I'd give it a skip, as the price and the quality at this place aren't commensurate. That said, the coffee was decent and the mugs were lovely.

Took mum out for Mother’s Day and we’re left utterly disappointed. The store was busy so we expected a little wait but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for the cabinet food and 25 minutes for two drinks. The food was bland and very sticky. The iced chocolate was just that - powered cocoa, milk & ice. We ordered a trim latte but we’re given a decaf latte that tasted nothing like a latte at all, possibly burnt coffee beans too, it went straight into the bin outside. The store tables were covered in used cups, dirty plates and rubbish which no staff member were putting any effort into cleaning, this resulting in our drinks being put into takeaway cups. We won’t we be going back after this expensive. Too expensive for such bad quality
